Three kilometers, one road, and it goes up the whole way. A bike time trial from the coast to Zion's Hill: riders set off one at a time in random order, and the clock decides everything.
From the 2024 track: 15 meters above the sea at the bottom, 360 at the top, and not one kilometer that climbs less than 110 meters of it. The gradient barely changes from start to finish, which is what makes it a pure test rather than a tactical one. Briefing is at Cove Bay School, the finish line sits near Pacho's Bar, and that is where everybody stays afterwards.
The real recorded course, on a real map. It goes up. That is the whole idea.
Three kilometers, 344 meters up, and not one flat stretch to shake your legs out.
There is no easy kilometer. That is rather the point.
Briefing at Cove Bay School at 15:45. First rider goes at 16:00, the last one about an hour later depending on numbers. Riders are sent off at intervals in random order.
All bikes welcome, road or otherwise. You are timed at the finish line near Pacho's Bar, which is where everyone ends up afterwards anyway.
Walk-ups accepted on the day from 15:30, once online entry has closed.
