Please read these terms before using this website. They apply to everyone who visits or uses it. Event 66 is based at The Level, Saba, Caribbean Netherlands, and the website is event66.nl.
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with part of them, please do not use the site. Your use of the site is also subject to our privacy statement, which explains how we handle your information.
Registration for our events runs through third-party providers, and their own terms apply to the registration itself. Children are welcome at the events that say so, and are registered by a parent or guardian.
This site links to websites we do not own or control, including our registration and form providers. We are not responsible for their content, their policies or their practices, and we are not liable for anything that happens as a result of using them. We would encourage you to read their terms and privacy policies.
We may suspend or end access to the site at any time, without notice, including if these terms are broken. When that happens the right to use the site stops immediately.
This website is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it accurate and running, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, always be error free, or always be up to date, and we make no warranties beyond those the law requires of us.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Event 66 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid through this website, or 100 USD if you have paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply only as far as the law permits.
These terms are governed by the law of the Caribbean Netherlands. Other local or international laws may also apply to your use of the site.
If something is wrong, contact us first and we will try to sort it out directly. That is usually faster for everyone.
If any provision here turns out to be unenforceable, it is adjusted as far as possible to do what it was meant to do, and the rest of these terms stay in force. If we do not enforce a right straight away, that does not mean we have given it up.
If these terms have been translated, the English text is the one that counts in a dispute.
We may change these terms. If a change is significant we will make a reasonable effort to give notice beforehand. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
